Description:

Kamishiro Nao, a dropout of his high school’s athletics club, confesses his love to his senior and club manager Koga Sachi but is rejected. In despair he wishes for the world to end, shortly afterwards the Koushin singularity disaster strikes and annihilates the small town Nao and Sachi reside in.

Having survived the disaster unscathed, Nao and Sachi struggle to escape from the disaster area which has mysteriously been separated from the rest of the country both geographically and temporally. Along the way they rescue four other survivors with Nao and Sachi gaining superhuman abilities allowing them to defend themselves from the monsters which prey on the surviving humans in the disaster zone.

Eventually an assault by the monsters on one of the evacuation zones provides the six survivors with an unexpected route of escape but Yuuri has been separated from the others. The five remaining members attempt to seek him out but unexpectedly discover a modern metropolis over the hills surrounding their valley town untouched by the disaster…
