i know this problem, go to your computer bios settings, *reboot pc, during boot up, press the key that goes to your bios settings* and from there you need to enable hardware virtualization *vt*.

Literally have the same problems as @jasongrace97:disqus has. Not only that, reg.exe wont install on my game folder and will give me this error when im almost finished installing it
if i try to use the crack below, it will give me this error:
I think know your error, disabling antivirus and put reg.exe on exceptions, please reply if it works for other users
Update.
disabled firewall and antivirus software, installed the game again and this time i got reg.exe without problems on the game folder. But as usual, the game will give me this error
i do have a feeling that this is a windows 10 issue, because i have tried to run this game with multiple solutions and different iso versions, but none have worked overall.
yes the problem is that reg.exe not run on windows 10,8,8.1 you can try run reg.exe with a compatibility mode for windows 7 if not work and not have an other pc with windows 7 installed you can use virtualbox with windows 7
